Requirements
- 5+ years in HR, with meaningful experience inside a creative agency, startup, or fast-moving organisation.
- Has owned hiring pipelines end-to-end — not just coordinated them.
- Strong cultural instinct — can identify who elevates a room, not just who fills a seat.
- Comfortable navigating the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, retention, and difficult conversations.
- Trusted by leadership and genuinely approachable to the team — that balance is rare, and we know it.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end hiring process - sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Build onboarding experiences that get people up to speed fast and feeling at home even faster.
- Manage performance cycles, feedback frameworks, and growth conversations with clarity and care.
- Work closely with leadership to anticipate people needs before they become problems.
- Be the custodian of Cloutgency's culture - protect it as the team grows, and evolve it where needed.
- Handle HR operations: contracts, compliance, policies, and everything in between - cleanly and quietly, Hands-on with HRMS tools and day-to-day HR operations — PF, payroll, leave management, compliance, and everything that keeps the people engine running smoothly.
